Second Light Bottle Co. ("we," "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through this site, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you submit a checkout request, we collect your name, phone number, email address, state and county, and delivery preference. When you submit a wholesale or subscription inquiry, we collect your name, business name (if provided), phone (if provided), email, and your message. We do not collect payment information through this site — payment is arranged directly with you after a request is submitted. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13, and this site is not directed to children.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to follow up on your request — to arrange payment, delivery or pickup, or to discuss wholesale/subscription terms. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Cart & local storage

Items you add to your cart before checkout are stored only in your own browser (not on our servers) until you submit a checkout request. We do not currently use analytics or advertising cookies on this site.

Third-party services

This site is hosted on Vercel, which stores our database and uploaded photos on our behalf. We use Anthropic's AI tools internally to help draft catalog details, pricing suggestions, and listing copy from bottle photos — this processing is for our own cataloging use and does not involve the personal information you submit through checkout or wholesale forms.

Data retention

We keep checkout and wholesale request information for as long as reasonably needed to complete your order or inquiry and for our own recordkeeping, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Data storage & security

Information you submit is stored securely in our database, hosted on Vercel infrastructure, and is accessible only to Second Light Bottle Co.'s operators.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we have about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time by contacting us through our contact form.

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date below reflects the most recent revision.
